Job Description
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Limited, (PSPC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) registered under Companies Act, 2017. As the nation’s sole banknote and prize bond production facility, PSPC is committed to excellence in security printing.
PSPC invites applications from talented, self-motivated and result-oriented young individuals for the position of Management and Engineering Trainees to join our team and contribute to our mission. Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
16 years of education (with at least 60% marks where percentages apply, and 2.5/4.0 or 3.0/5.0 CGPA where GPA System is applicable from HEC recognized institution or foreign educational institution in following or similar relevant fields:
Management Trainee:
Degree holders (at least 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information System and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resource, Engineering, ACCA, CA or related field.
Trainee Engineers:
Degree holders (at least 16 years of education) in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, (with a valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council), Chemistry, Product Design, Fine Arts (painting, printmaking, multimedia) or related field, relevant to the functions of PSPC.
In case, the degree is obtained from a foreign university, Equivalence Certificate from HEC is to be submitted at the time of interview. Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply.
Age:
Maximum 26 years as on last date of submission of applications to PSPC. Age limit shall be relaxed by 03 years for candidates from Ex. FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan and Azad Kashmir.
The maximum age limit for non-management employees of PSPC shall be 50 years.
Pre-Induction Training:
After completion of all pre-induction formalities including medical, psychological/psychometric assessments and security clearance, the selected candidates shall be required to undergo mandatory Applied Theoretical Training.
Compensation & Benefits.
During Training Period, the trainees shall be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000/-.
Upon successful completion of the training, the trainees will be appointed as Assistant Managers (Officer Grade - I) at a monthly consolidated salary of Rs 80,000/- along with other benefits in the salary scale of Officer Grade - I as per PSPC’s policies. Service benefits includes medical coverage for self and family, loans, gratuity, contributory PF, life insurance, bonus, leaves etc.
